Prices, shipping and delivery information

The prices on the product pages include the legal value-added tax and other price components.

The flat rate shipping costs vary within the EU, see shipping zone. The flat-rate shipping costs include the respective statutory value-added tax within the EU. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if you are buying goods subject to lower VAT rates (e.g. books). This means that the shipping fee can be finally calculated only during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher in the process but rather only lower in your favour.

We deliver to Germany and 3 DHL zones (EU), as well as 8 DHL Express zones (outside the EU). They are listed as follows:

In Germany: Flat-rate shipping costs of €4.90 including VAT. Shipping is free for purchases of €900.00 or more.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of [EUR 4.00] is due, which must be paid to the delivery person on the spot. [There are no other taxes or costs.]

 

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the method of payment that suits you best. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the method of payment selected. The prices quoted in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases. However, these payments are made not to the seller but rather to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price. They can be called up via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne additionally by you.

Cash on delivery

Please have the invoice amount ready; the deliverer collects cash on delivery (no checks). When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of [EUR 4.00] is due, which must be paid to the delivery person on the spot.
